Muckraker has obtained a pamphlet printed by the United Nations IOM (the International Organization of Migration), which explains, in detail, how to use a condom.

This pamphlet is included inside "sex kits" (packages that contain condoms, lubrication, and more), that are handed to U.S. bound illegal aliens in countries such as Ecuador and Colombia.

Correct use of the male condom

1. Check expiry date and packaging integrity.
2. To open the packaging, use your fingertips, not your nails, scisors or pointed objects. You could break or crack the condom. Use only water-based lubricants to prevent the condom from breaking. Do not use oil, alcohol and other substances.
3. The penis must be erect and firm. Squeeze the tip to remove the air and unroll it. It is important to leave a space at the tip to prevent it from breaking after evacuation due to semen pressure.
4. The condom has two sides, it is on the right side when the ring is easily detached to the base of the penis. If it is placed incorrectly, throw it away and use another one.
