Red Cross Expediting Migrants Journey Through Panama with Bus Maps

At San Vicente migrant camp in Panama, Muckraker was able to obtain a Red Cross map of Panama. The map details the bus route which migrants take across Panama to the Costa Rican border to continue the trek to the United States.
The cross-Panamanian illegal immigrant route is actually quite simple and efficient. The migrants pop out of the jungle and are then quickly loaded onto buses and shipped to the Costa Rican border to continue the march to the United States. Roughly 50 heads per bus, tens of busses per day every day. The bus companies are privately operated and each ticket costs $40.
The Red Cross is aiding a well-planned and strategically executed mass migration program. The worker who gave Muckraker this map tried to tear the Red Cross logo off. What does that tell you?
